The house was in a delightful, peaceful location. We enjoyed the fireplace on a wintry night.  The set up of the house was situated well for our group.  The split system and electric heaters in the bedrooms warmed the house adequately. <br/>The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provisions are minimal though so be prepared and take tea/coffee/oil/condiments if you plan on eating in.

Ive stayed for approximately 3 weeks now and I did  notice some of the other reviews mentioning noise i honestly have hardly heard a sound I found my whole stay perfect its great place and highly recommend cheers Trev.

Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, the homeatead was warm and cosy on a freezing cold night. Room was clean and modern, love the double shower. Fire pit is a great feature to stare at the stars at night and watch the wallabies in the morning.

Great spot. We were able to walk to GMHBA, very close to night life and restaurants. Easy drive to get to the Great Ocean Road and Bellarine.
