Description

Welcome to Altair by the Ocean a renovated Ocean Grove beach shack only a few hundred metres from the beach. The property sleeps 7 guests across 4 bedrooms and features two living rooms, gorgeous bathrooms and a secure pet friendly yard. Altair by the Ocean compromises of 4 good sized bedrooms, main with ensuite and central main bathroom with separate toilet. The main bedroom has access to its own private deck and overlooks the rear yard set at the back of the property. You enter the home into the main open plan living n dining and kitchen area. The Kitchen is equipped with 900mm oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, stone top benches and all the essential kitchen items such as cutlery, dinnerware, glasses, pots n pans and cooking utensils. The main living room has direct access to the outside courtyard where there is a large dining table with seating for 8 and gas BBQ also available. Heading down the hallway you are led to the bedrooms, central bathroom and before getting to the main bedroom you enter a second living room. Internal laundry is access from this space and washing machine is available. Please note all Linen and Towels are provided for your stay. Key Notes Main Bedroom has Queen Bedroom 2 has Double Bedroom 3 has Double Bedroom 4 has King Single Bathrooms. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. There is no bath at the property. Heating n Cooling. Split system air conditioning and heating in the main living room and NEW unit has been installed in master bedroom. Great location for the beach, our greyhounds loved it, walking distance from the house. Dawn Cafe opposite the beach is fantastic, we did lunch and breakfast there, great food, great atmosphere, gets very busy. The house is large, plenty of space, we were 3 adults one night and 5 the next and it felt spacious.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful and comfortable and so close to the beach. There were 6 people and we had plenty of space.

Just perfect and attention to detail. Decore was so lovely. Such a secure yard for our dogs. A perfect set up for families with pets. And a short walk to the dog beach. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
