Great value for money, and ideal location. We had a couple of issues with the shower, which were quickly rectified by the owner and handy man! Resolved very quickly so no complaints at all.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. And the place is spacious. They have an air fryer and microwave which allowed us to cook a simple dinner, great bonus for our stay. One thing worth noting is that the aircon is in the living room facing the two bedrooms. There was no air con in the bedrooms. All in all it was a great stay!

A great stay, the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and a huge bath tub! Used the very limited gym, the pool and hot tub were great and very quiet. A tiny bit more admin than your usual Airbnb booking as Regional Escapes operate through air bnb, so had to input my details again onto their website prior to checkin.

We had a fantastic stay in Belmont with our fur baby! The house is in a great location, very modern and spacious with a really nice backyard area (securely fenced) and spotlessly clean. Check in was super easy, and the hosts are so welcoming and quick to respond. 5 stars all round!

This is great accomodation for our family of adult Children  with kids. Room for everyone to find their space. Like a mini resort, walk to central shops. Not much further to beach. Sensational pool and sauna along with table tennis … just great space  for  a family catch up. Weather was great  adding to the occasion. My Best Friend and I stayed for a girls weekend and we very much enjoyed our room! The accessibility of the property was great. My girl is an amputee and while she didnt feel the need to use her wheelchair during our stay, the fact that's its been catered to was wonderful. She loved the layout of the bathroom and extra space in the shower so she could stabilise easily on her prosthetic. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff were attentive during our stay if we needed anything or couldn't find something. The shared kitchen space was easy to navigate, and the views were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Booked a similar stay in the same property before, and it is still one of the best deals to get here in Waurn Ponds. This is for the back unit, so it is even quieter than the front. There are 3 bedrooms in the house that are separated far apart (by bathrooms or on different sides of the house), so you don't often hear any noise. The place was always clean with regular daily cleaning and resupply with soap and detergent if needed. The room was spacious with great storage for luggage and clothes. Any issues that come up are promptly addressed by the homeowner. Overall for the price, it is a great place to stay, and I will definitely come back.

Hosts were super accommodating with us as we were unable to stay on our original dates but helped us to rearrange booking and still get to stay. Pleasant stay though little to no privacy especially being the corner of a main road, only sheer curtains in the main area so we felt we needed to leave the lights off at night. Otherwise, owners seemed nice and helpful. Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect for us, walkable to both front and back beach, shops and restaurants. The unit had enough room and had everything we needed. most of the beds were comfy, one of the single beds could do with a new mattress and the dining chairs also need a clean. Our stay with Regional Escapes in Torquay was absolutely magical. The apartment was incredibly spacious and just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for our little family.

We travelled with our toddler, who loved having the room to move and play. There was a nearby playground and a great footpath for kids to ride their bikes, plus a few lovely walking trails close by.

The location was excellent—many of Torquay’s best restaurants were within easy reach, and the apartment was part of a complex with great amenities, including a heated indoor pool, spa, and a small gym for a basic workout.

We had the pleasure of chatting with the host, who was absolutely wonderful—genuine, friendly, and clearly passionate about looking after her guests.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we’re in Torquay.

A beautiful, clean apartment with private parking right in the heart of town and close to the beach. The spa bath was very relaxing. Some of the appliances could use updating. Only one face washer provided for up to four guests.
