Off-street parking for one car in drive and plenty of on-street parking available. You will love being only a 5-10 min walk into town and Kardinia Park. The property is split over 2 levels. ALL LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED The space BEDROOMS There are three main bedrooms on the ground floor. The master has king bed, robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has built in robe and queen bed, third has robe and queen bed and on the second level there is an open room with Queen bed and pull out double sofa for the 9th and 10th guest. KITCHEN/DINING and LIVING ROOM Super comfortable sofa for 6 adults with chase. Large Smart TV and direct access to rear entertainment area or the SPA area. Dining table for 6. Kitchen is complete with electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, fully equipped with the essentials including utensils, cups, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. The coffee maker is Delonghi Nespresso, which is compatible with Nespresso Original Pods. Please Note: Pods are not provided, you will need to bring your own. Plenty of work space on stone top benches. BATHROOMS Master ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has shower, bath, vanity and toilet. There is also a powder room with toilet and wash basin. A urinal is also available outside down the back of property. LAUNDRY Washing trough and front loader washing machine and dryer available. BYO Laundry Detergent. OUTDOOR This is what you are booking the property for along with its location. Off the living room you have use of a heated 6 person spa to unwind or head out the back to watch the footy around the outside bar and kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with Weber BBQ, drinks fridge, TV, dining setting and bar area. Off to the side is a massive deck with heaps of seating and central fire-pit. WIFI is available. We enjoyed our stay here, the living area was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The kids enjoyed the spa and there was plenty of room for our family. We walked to the pub for dinner just a few doors up and also the bagel place a bit further for coffee. Easy walk to Kardinia Park. A great location for our stay.

The house was great, and the location was good, but it wasn't really walkable to the beach, so we still had to drive. Overall, it was a good experience with hardly any complaints.
