The open-plan living area features plush seating, floor-to-ceiling windows and linen-draped lighting, opening seamlessly to the heated pool, alfresco dining area and outdoor kitchen. ROOM BREAKDOWN (Sleeps 17 in total)
The eight suites of Bonnyvale Dune Retreat are designed in a cohesive palette of Dune tones, plush cream carpet, warm natural tiles and soft S-curtains that allow either gentle, filtered light or complete darkness for deep rest. Together, they sleep 17 guests in calming comfort.
Each suite includes a kitchenette with sink and bar fridge, Smart TV, split-system air conditioning, private ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, and a private balcony or outdoor space, making every room feel like its own peaceful retreat.
On the ground floor sits the Accessible Courtyard Suite, thoughtfully designed with a fully accessible ensuite featuring grab rails, shower with bench seat, and roll-under vanity. A queen bed and a private paved courtyard complete this serene and inclusive space.
Upstairs, you will find six queen-bed suites.
Three of these are the Palm View Suites, located at the rear of the property with tranquil views over the tall palm tree, the reserve and down into the pool area.
At the front of the home sit the Grove View Suites, where each balcony is framed by the home’s architectural Aliwood batten façade, offering a gently sheltered space with leafy treetop outlooks.
The eighth suite, the Lounge & Sleep Suite, offers flexibility: it can be used as a second living room, providing a calm space for reading or kids’ quiet time, or converted into a bedroom for up to three guests with its double sofa bed and king-single sofa bed.

The Ocean Grove Airbnb was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Each guest had their own private suite, the bed's were extremely comfy and felt like being in a hotel. The Airbnb supplied pool towels, games, a BBQ and a pizza oven which was great for group dinners. Easy check-in process and shops/supermarkets were close by. Would highly recommend staying here! We loved staying at this place and the place was perfect for big groups because each room had an ensuite 😊 so spacious and comfortable to be with such a big group of ours! Everything is so perfect and clean!<br/>We would definitely come back!<br/>The pool heater wasn’t working and the water was very cold, they couldn’t change it but hopefully next time that would change! Stayed up in Ocean Grove with a couple of colleagues to relax and get away from Melbourne prior to the start of the work year.<br/>The accomodation was absolutely incredible, clean and central to everything that we needed. We had an amazing time and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was exactly the relaxing break we needed away from Melbourne. A 10/10 experience—we’ll definitely be looking to book here again.
