The property consists of 5 individual studios available to book separately or multiple at the same time for larger group bookings. Only a 5 min drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 15 min drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport is also available with a bus stop within a 200m walk.
The space
On offer is one of our premier studio rooms. All studio rooms include a bar fridge, kettle, smart TV, Queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Each studio also has a private outdoor balcony for you to enjoy an afternoon beverage in the sun.
