We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The room and grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The common areas to share added to our stay, with cozy indoor lounge areas complete with gas fire places, a kitchen area to share, a fire pit, a 2.5 km walking track around the grounds, etc. The staff - administration and housekeeping were friendly, responsive and addressed all our needs. Even a last minute extension to our stay. We were thrilled to spend another night. I would absolutely book here in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The place looked as in photos. We didn’t actually use half of the space because the first bedroom and living space was sufficient and easier to warm up in the cool weather.

We booked a two-bedroom, two-bedroom suite - it's really spacious. Each bedroom has a three-seater sofa and a desk. There are fireplaces in both bedrooms, but they're just for decoration. We use electric heaters for heating in winter. The bathrooms are pretty tall and don't have any heating, so they can get pretty cold.

A truly incredible and dramatic location !! Leigh has very cleverly made this retreat both cosy but very much a classic Aussie beach house. Full of refined and considered details. It's such a pleasure to be in and the scale and planning works so well - sometimes you even forget about the view !!

Great little place in and excellent location. Restaurants, Westfield shopping mall, cafes all in walking distance. The apartment had all we needed with great heating! Easy to find with a parking spot which came in handy. Would definitely recommend. If we’re ever in Geelong again, we know where we’ll be staying! Thanks ☺️

The house was in a delightful, peaceful location. We enjoyed the fireplace on a wintry night. The set up of the house was situated well for our group. The split system and electric heaters in the bedrooms warmed the house adequately. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provisions are minimal though so be prepared and take tea/coffee/oil/condiments if you plan on eating in.

We absolutely loved our two nights here. Beautifully presented, with gorgeous interiors and an amazing view of the ocean. We sat by the fire and just felt so peaceful in the space. It was lovely, and restful.

Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, the homeatead was warm and cosy on a freezing cold night. Room was clean and modern, love the double shower. Fire pit is a great feature to stare at the stars at night and watch the wallabies in the morning.

This place is great for the price you pay. Usually sharing one building there are issues but this felt private, barely ever heard anyone and it was great having our own outside area. It was clean and modern, had all the basic stuff you would need for a comfortable stay. Overall I would return and enjoyed my stay with no issues

This stay was affordable and very conveniently located, close to the Geelong CBD and right near multiple public transport options to get there. It was spacious, pet-friendly, included an entire kitchen space and was the most affordable spot in the region. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here!! The place was clean and tidy, and the host was responsive and very helpful. The airfryer in our unit wasn’t turning on, and the host had it replaced within the hour! The location was great, very close to parking, the waterfront, shops and a variety of restaurants and other entertainment. Overall a great experience, and would recommend to anyone looking for a calm few days in the area!
