Welcome to ‘Bellarine Apartment’… A self-contained, modern and private apartment located a stones throw from the beach. Approx. 15 min walk into town and 5 min walk to the Beach at end of the street. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. ‘Bellarine Apartment’ features a generous light filled bedroom with direct access to bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven/microwave. Outside, there is a seating area, an Electric BBQ for use stored in the Pantry. There is a washing machine inside and external laundry trough. The property is situated above the second garage for the main residence however has its own access and drive for you to enter and leave as you wish. Please note the stairs inside to the apartment are quite steep and not particularly suited to anyone with mobility issues or young children. KEY NOTES Main Bedroom – Queen bed Living Spaces – 3-seater couch that can be converted to a sofa bed if required. Please advise if you will need. This property and its location is FANTASTIC. We had the privilege of meeting an owner whilst there and they were FABULOUS. Gave us some inside tips of places to eat - check out Dawn cafe - and were incredibly welcoming.The Regional Escapes system however was not user friendly and that is why I have scored so low on access and communication - NOTHING to do with the owners. Solely that system.We definitely hope to stay at the property again and again.

We stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Great location close to the beach for walks. It was too cold for swims in July! The apartment is nicely furnished and had good cooking facilities for a couple. The shower was awesome with a huge rain shower head and great water pressure. We would very happily stay there again.

Great accommodation, clean , roomy and close to beach and shopping strip. Communication was quick and efficient. Seamless from star to end. Would recommend to others and would stay again. Perfect!
