Away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping precinct but still within easy walking or driving distance. Riverhouse at Barwon Heads is a tastefully decorated 4 bedroom Cape Cod style home. The perfect place to base yourself for a holiday on the Bellarine peninsula, a weekend away or a lovely place to get ready for a beach wedding. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, meals and living area with walk-in pantry, powder room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and WIR. Upstairs is another double bedroom with queen size bed and 2 other bedrooms containing 2 single beds each. There is a bathroom upstairs with toilet There is also a rumpus area with TV and entertainment unit with a double fold out sofa bed. All bedrooms are carpeted, as is the rumpus area.
