Great value for money, and ideal location. We had a couple of issues with the shower, which were quickly rectified by the owner and handy man! Resolved very quickly so no complaints at all.

It made everything so easy and stress-free. The place itself was exactly as described (if not better!). It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Great place to stay. Everything was clean. And the place is spacious. They have an air fryer and microwave which allowed us to cook a simple dinner, great bonus for our stay. One thing worth noting is that the aircon is in the living room facing the two bedrooms. There was no air con in the bedrooms. All in all it was a great stay!

A great stay, the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and a huge bath tub! Used the very limited gym, the pool and hot tub were great and very quiet. A tiny bit more admin than your usual Airbnb booking as Regional Escapes operate through air bnb, so had to input my details again onto their website prior to checkin.

We had a fantastic stay in Belmont with our fur baby! The house is in a great location, very modern and spacious with a really nice backyard area (securely fenced) and spotlessly clean. Check in was super easy, and the hosts are so welcoming and quick to respond. 5 stars all round!

This is great accomodation for our family of adult Children  with kids. Room for everyone to find their space. Like a mini resort, walk to central shops. Not much further to beach. Sensational pool and sauna along with table tennis … just great space  for  a family catch up. Weather was great  adding to the occasion. My Best Friend and I stayed for a girls weekend and we very much enjoyed our room! The accessibility of the property was great. My girl is an amputee and while she didnt feel the need to use her wheelchair during our stay, the fact that's its been catered to was wonderful. She loved the layout of the bathroom and extra space in the shower so she could stabilise easily on her prosthetic. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff were attentive during our stay if we needed anything or couldn't find something. The shared kitchen space was easy to navigate, and the views were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Booked a similar stay in the same property before, and it is still one of the best deals to get here in Waurn Ponds. This is for the back unit, so it is even quieter than the front. There are 3 bedrooms in the house that are separated far apart (by bathrooms or on different sides of the house), so you don't often hear any noise. The place was always clean with regular daily cleaning and resupply with soap and detergent if needed. The room was spacious with great storage for luggage and clothes. Any issues that come up are promptly addressed by the homeowner. Overall for the price, it is a great place to stay, and I will definitely come back.

Lovely place to stay right in the centre of Geelong. Super close to the CBD. Walking distance to the foreshore and beach. Very cosy, clean and private place to stay. Hosts were super accommodating with us as we were unable to stay on our original dates but helped us to rearrange booking and still get to stay. Highly recommend this accommodation and the Regional Escapes Team.

Lovely unit hidden in Geelong CBD. Close to the beach. Within walking distance to Westfield. My family and i loved it.

The place had a good location and was very convenient for two families.

The home needed a deep-clean however but the hosts were nice.

Amazing location and good size home however daddy long legs spiders and cobwebs all over the house and dead bugs. General uncleanliness and cooling that was not suited the best for Australian summer.

The place is very rundown. Gardens overgrown. Spider webs everywhere. Heating doesn’t work and a permanent note saying not to try and AC wouldn’t turn on. Went and bought wood for the fire place, the seals in the door don’t work so the fire burns at full heat all the time. . . Don’t bring a good car as it will be covered in sap from the trees. Leaf litter everywhere. Upstairs toilet was clearly an owner built room, no fan. 
Could be great with a lot of work but shouldn’t be making people Paiute what they ask  for a rundown place like this.

Clean, spacious and the extra upstairs living space was perfect for the kids to escape and play with the provided books and toys. The only inconvenience was having to go down stairs to use the toilet from bedroom 2 & 3. We will definitely be back!

No basic personal amenities were left or available such as dishwashing washing and dishwasher liquid there was a  liquid hand wash that was almost empty, and empty air freshener on the bench. 

The house was clearly not attended to for a while.  

There is only a small split system to heat the entire up and down stairs. 

The garden needs attention. 

It was quit overpriced for what we received.

This is a really well located place. 

We choose it for its proximity to Jan Juc and it didn't disappoint.

Perfect for dog owners, garden is fully enclosed and there is a great walking route just across the road.

Has all of the necessary amenities. 

The garden is in need of some TLC but we are out of season currently so I am sure it will be done in summer.

Very good value for money, if the carpets and soft furnishings were updated they could charge even more.

We would definitely stay again if we were going to this area.

Bed linen and pillows very old so make sure you bring your own. Good location but you need a car to drive to beach too far to walk on a hot day. Yard is fenced for pets but lots of gaps to get through if you have a small dog.
