Great place to stay. Everything was clean. And the place is spacious. They have an air fryer and microwave which allowed us to cook a simple dinner, great bonus for our stay. One thing worth noting is that the aircon is in the living room facing the two bedrooms. There was no air con in the bedrooms. All in all it was a great stay!

This is great accomodation for our family of adult Children  with kids. Room for everyone to find their space. Like a mini resort, walk to central shops. Not much further to beach. Sensational pool and sauna along with table tennis … just great space  for  a family catch up. Weather was great  adding to the occasion. All in attendance have signed up for next visit if it is available

Booked a similar stay in the same property before, and it is still one of the best deals to get here in Waurn Ponds. This is for the back unit, so it is even quieter than the front. There are 3 bedrooms in the house that are separated far apart (by bathrooms or on different sides of the house), so you don't often hear any noise. The place was always clean with regular daily cleaning and resupply with soap and detergent if needed. The room was spacious with great storage for luggage and clothes. Any issues that come up are promptly addressed by the homeowner. Overall for the price, it is a great place to stay, and I will definitely come back.

Loved the seamless check-in and check-out process. The location was very central to all local attractions. I loved the Victorian-styled accommodation which had made my stay felt like I was in a different part of the world, eventhough I was still in Australia! Apart from the occasional doors being slammed when guests were leaving, the accommodation was extremely quite, which was perfect for me!

What a fabulous place to stay! Aside from the squeaky floors (adds to the charm of the place!) was a peaceful hideaway whilst enjoying the surroundings. Easy walking distance from the waterfront & shopping district. Had plenty of fun with the original lift which is still functional & easy to use. Check in was a breeze with straight forward instructions/ pictures. Due to location & age of building, it was a little loud during the night but that is to be expected on a Saturday! Otherwise plenty of privacy as needed. We visited due to travelling via the Spirit of Tas after some required surgery in Melbourne. The Regional Escapes team were very helpful & quick to respond regarding early check in and options on offer. I highly recommend this stay and will be glad to go back! Spacious & plenty of character to enjoy.

Such a brilliant location within walking distance of everything in Torquay. Great off-street parking for one car with easy street parking for any additional vehicles. Host was super responsive and friendly throughout, also providing a great list of local recommendations for during our stay.

We had such an amazing stay! My family and I had everything we needed and only left the house to go to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, especially the theatre room, kitchen area, outside area, pool and sauna. Thank you!

The Ocean Grove Airbnb was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Each guest had their own private suite, the bed's were extremely comfy and felt like being in a hotel. The Airbnb supplied pool towels, games, a BBQ and a pizza oven which was great for group dinners. Easy check-in process and shops/supermarkets were close by. Would highly recommend staying here!

This stay was BEAUTIFUL!! My family absolutely loved staying here all together. It’s spacious enough that no one felt cramped, the old style architecture is absolutely breathtaking and cooking a family meal in that stunning kitchen made my Mum very happy haha It was central, surrounded by great restaurants, clean and we felt very safe. The only downside is that because it’s an older building, there is little to no soundproofing and we could hear all the commotion from the street which wasn’t a huge deal but definitely annoying when cars were zooming by at 1am, but I suppose you get that in the city. The host was incredibly responsive and helped us whenever we needed and was really understanding when things when wrong. Overall, this stay was even better than the pictures, perfect for a family trip, and we were very very happy!

This is an absolutely stunning Victorian-era building, beautifully preserved with so much character. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the accommodation was very comfortable throughout. Highly recommended.

Came here for a couple of nights for my graduation. Clean and great place with all the amenities you need, and communication was clear and efficient too!  The location is also ideal as it’s walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This accomodation was amazing.  Please be aware though that you are located right near the traffic so this is perfect if you are getting up early.  Everything within the accomodation was spot on and luxurious, just had to mention.

This comfortable two-bedroom property is situated opposite Anglesea main swimming beach and Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club (a two-minute walk/150 metres) and a short stroll to everything else Anglesea has to offer.

The space
You can wander to shops and cafes from this location. The property is beautifully appointed and has all you need for your beachside holiday. There is an open plan living space with two large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a partially covered deck that provides a perfect space to relax after a day at the beach and enjoy a BBQ. A heated outdoor shower makes after beach wash offs easy.

Great place to stay. Location was excellent. 2 minute walk to Anglesea beach and comfortable walk up the river to get coffee and breakfast at the General store. Beautiful walks along the river. The house was great. We loved the outside courtyard and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. It was a bonus being able to bring our dog who loved the beach walks. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks for having us

We were very happy with our stay. The unit has lovely decor and a relaxing ambience, especially with the little reading room, outdoor seating, and comfy beds. Great place to hear the ocean at night. Felt very refreshed after our stay.

We had a great stay in Anglesea! It's a very quiet and peaceful location. The accommodation is very comfortable and so handy being able to walk to the beach in 5 mins and wash the sand off in the outdoor shower when we got back! The unit is well equipped and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised it had wifi which wasn't listed, however we would have brought our Chromecast if we'd known this! Nonetheless, it was handy to access some apps through Hubbl. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great location, well laid out unit that is family friendly. 

Pros:
Beautifully decorated with a great walkable location to the beach, the deck with the shower was super helpful for hosing off sandy kids, washing machine and clothes line was handy to have and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was responsive. The property was quiet and secure. 
Cons:
Aircon was in the living space and didn’t reach the bedrooms which also didn’t have fans. We kept all blinds closed but it would have been nice to have fans. Taking the big bins out for collection required muscle and the constant reminder, notifications and notice in the house to keep everything perfect was a bit stressful. You also have to reverse down the long driveway if you have a car because you can’t turn around, that wasn’t an issue for us but may be for some. Also it is on a hill so always a moderate exert to go back and forth from the town centre and beach but we didn’t mind. 

Overall we would stay again.

Fantastic location and house but stayer beware - linen not included. You can arrange at a fee (about $80) but they will not make the beds for you! Our only disappointment for the weekend. Second bedroom very small - did not fit portacot.
Otherwise very neat and tidy apartment and great location. Also very well equipped kitchen with oil, salt and pepper, paper towel, etc.

The unit was comfortable and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you need. the outside space was lovely.  Showers fabulous, best night sleep.  Short walk downhill to the beach.
