Here, a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances and a casual breakfast bar flows into the open dining and living area, where a white eight-seater table invites long family meals and shared stories. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, wall oven, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine and milk frother (pods not supplied), plus a toaster, sandwich press, and all the cookware and crockery you need to feed your family.
A cosy lounge beside the wood fireplace offers the perfect spot to warm up on cooler evenings, while sliding doors lead onto the spacious rear balcony, where glass balustrades frame the beautiful coastal scenery and a six-seater outdoor setting invites slow breakfasts, afternoon drinks and dinners with a view.
Just off the main living area, a separate lounge room offers another inviting space to unwind, with two generous couches, a comfortable lounge chair and a large Smart TV. Gather for a movie night, curl up with a book overlooking the nature reserve, or open the sliding doors to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. From here, guests can step onto the rear balcony or wander out to the smaller front patio, complete with a gas BBQ and high-top seating for four, nestled among the front garden trees.
Also on this upper floor, the master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a King bed, warm timber furnishings, a beautifully detailed wooden ceiling fan and views towards the creek and sea. The adjoining ensuite, also accessible from the main living area, features a spacious shower, marble-topped vanity and gold tapware for a fresh, contemporary touch.
Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for children or adults, offering a little separation from the main living spaces above. One features two King Single beds with views towards the creek and lighthouse, while the other offers two sets of long Single bunks, thoughtfully sized to accommodate adults as well as younger guests. The property is NOT pet-friendly.
Please note the only outside areas are the balconies and front entry; there is no backyard.
There are no baby gates for stairs, and children must be accompanied on balconies.
Guest access
A keysafe will be placed at the property prior to your arrival so you can head straight to the home from check-in time; no need to collect keys from an office.
You will have access to the whole home, including a double garage.
