The space Avenue De Luxe is well appointed with all the essentials including WiFi, Smart TVs in the living rooms and ducted heating/cooling throughout the home. Internally the property consists of 4 bedrooms; Master is located on the ground floor and the other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor along with study, second living zone, main bathroom and powder room. The master consists of queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with 2 x King Singles, 3rd bedroom with queen and 4th bedroom with queen bed. The property set to sleep up to 8 guests. The main bathroom upstairs features walk in shower, bath and vanity with separate toilet/powder room. There are 2 x powder rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. You will also have access to internal laundry with washer and dryer. Downstairs, along with the master is the main living room with gas log fire, kitchen, butlers pantry, dining area, access to outdoor alfresco area, laundry and powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups, coffee pod machine etc and features a dishwasher, oven, butlers pantry and beautiful stone bench tops. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend here. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach was an added bonus. Great communication with host. Highly recommend.

did a 3nights stay w 8pax. house was stunning like a well designer home. a few flaws during our stay which wasn't so pleasant. oven was left unclean w loads of crumbs n strong smell when we open it. dishwasher kept stopped w loads of bubbles. end up hand wash and fireplace wasn't working. tried to communicate to Debbie and team but their response was sending us loads of manuals to read which wasnt helpful at all. on last day of stay deb n team offer to send ppl over.. but nt ideal as we alr prep to leave. we are actually on holidays and thus reading thru pages of manuals and trying to fix dishwasher and clean up what wasn't clean up was really mood dampening. prices was steep and we felt we didn't get what we paid for.. I think we left the house cleaner than we took it as we need to do loads of cutlery n over and dish washing before we can use. also privacy nt there as I think owner live just next to us and was walking ard every morning. very pretty house, but won't reccommend.

Fabulous house in fantastic location. Easy walking district to cafes and shopping centre. Kitchen had everything in it that you needed.
