WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Park in the driveway of the property. There is enough space for two cars.
Open the front door and walk into the corridor of this property. Follow the corridor to the very end and you will walk into the open plan living dining and kitchen.
The kitchen is galley style. The compact area is functional and practical with a great selection of appliances. This includes an oven, gas stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and also a coffee machine. The kitchen has an open counter top where you can sit the kids up to have their breakfast, or you can entertain while cooking a meal. The living room has a comfortable relaxing area that sits around seven guests. There is a great size TV, some kids toys in a basket, air conditioning, central heating and big windows that provide nice natural light into the area. The dining table is off the kitchen bench, this can sit six guests. From this area you can access the backyard through the sliding doors. Walk out into the neat lawn area. Great space to let the kids run around and play with the family dog. If you head to the right you will walk onto a nicely kept courtyard, there is a nicely positioned clothes line with pegs and also some outdoor furniture where you can enjoy dining al fresco.
Walking back down the main corridor is where you will find access to the garage, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk in robe and also an ensuite which is equipped with a toilet and shower. Bedroom two also has a Queen size bed in it and built in robes. Bedroom three has two x single beds and also a built in robe. All the bedrooms are nicely sized, cosy, have central heating and ceiling fans. There are also spare blankets in all bedrooms located in the cupboards.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower and a nice sized vanity. A separate toilet is located off the corridor which services guests and bedroom two and three.
The laundry has a washing machine, portable clothes drying rack and other items you can use to clean during your stay. From the laundry there is a door to access the outside courtyard to hang any washing on the line outside.
The garage will be locked on your arrival but you are welcome to use it if you want. There is plenty of space for one car comfortably.
