WALK THROUGH THE PROPERTY WITH US
When you arrive at 239 High St, Belmont, you may park in one of the three parking spots available or free parking around the area/street.
Entering the foyer, you are greeted by the sleek staircase and pendant lights, which provide ambient lighting to the entryway. The kitchen and washing machine are also for guests' convenience, adorned in black cabinetry and green feather tiles.
You will be assigned one of the eight suites, four are located on ground level and four on the first level. Self-check-in instructions will guide you to your suite through the halls dressed in colourful Art by Pete Cromer.
Enter your unique code and welcome yourself into your private suite; take in the beauty of the sheer s-curtains, which delicately fall along the back wall, letting in a soft light that encompasses the room.
Wash off your travels in the chic ensuite fit with a touch-operated light-up mirror, which you can put on the anti-fog setting and set to a calming, warm tone whilst you freshen up under the rain shower embellished by green feather tiles.
After you’ve cleaned up, pop on your softest pyjamas and slip into the freshly laundered sheets of the lush king bed, turning on your favourite movie or show on the Smart TV.
Relax and order in for the night, as you are located on High St, Belmont just a 10-minute drive away from Geelong CBD, you have many cuisines to choose from, which you can have delivered right to the foyer door. Just tell the delivery driver to look for the large R for Regional Escapes.
Clean up in your kitchenette and place your leftovers in the fridge which you can reheat in the microwave later for a cheeky snack. Finish your night off by making a comforting hot chocolate with the starters provided, cosying back up in bed under the reading light, before drifting off to sleep.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located at 239 High St, Belmont, which is just before the main strip of Belmont and an easy ten-minute drive into Geelong CBD. Shop for necessities down High Street at Coles, Fruit Shack, ALDI, Baker’s Delight, and Kmart. Pop into one of the many Cafes, Restaurants or Bars such as Paddington Café, Piglet Bar, Bistrot Plume, Belmont Hotel, Archive Wine Bar and Pizza Bar Belmont. Afterwards, treat yourself at Daniels Donuts, Patiala Bakers or Cold Rock.
Head down towards the Barwon River where you can take a stroll along it from the Boat Ramp or head to the other side to visit Barwon Valley Fun Park or the Disc Golf Course (4 min drive). Also at the base of the hill you can find Geelong Lawn Tennis and The Barwon Valley Activity Centre which hosts Sunday Markets every weekend from 8am - 1pm.
Just across the Barwon bridge, a 7-minute drive, you enter Geelong, first welcomed by GHMBA Stadium and Kardinia Park & Aquatic Centre. Take a 10-minute drive into the CBD, where you can visit many shops in Westfield Geelong, delicious restaurants along Little Malop St, Moorabool Street and more. Visit the Geelong Botanical Gardens or the scenic and fun Eastern Beach where you can take a dip, ride the sky wheel or play in the park.

The studio was beautiful and very clean, it’s definitely well worth the price. The only downside would be the noise from the construction and the noise from the guests in the entrance. Every time the front door was opened and closed the room would shake, when the washing machine was used in the communal area it rang through the walls which was very upsetting when washing was being done at 1am on one of the nights. I think it would be best to put a curfew on that area being used. The construction next door is horrendously loud but that won’t last forever! Once that’s all completed I think I would definitely stay again ☺️
