Description
14 Scenic is located in the suburb of Highton just outside of the Geelong CBD. The studio sports natural tones of terracotta and eucalyptus green, consisting of two deluxe queen beds, a kitchenette, a lavish ensuite and a patio. Only a 5-minute drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 15-minute drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport is also available, with a bus stop within a 100m walk and local shops a 3-minute drive away.

14 Scenic Studio is a convenient space to stop by on your way through Geelong and its surroundings, whether it be a quick business trip, visiting family, attending a seminar at Deakin or a spontaneous night away with friends. The studio is a peaceful place to return to rest your head; dotting natural tones of terracotta, timber and eucalyptus green; the space welcomes any weary traveller.
Fit with two plush queen beds, with bedside tables and wall sconces for reading or to provide moody lighting whilst you have a movie night on the smart TV. A seating area for two is provided by the antique wooden furnishings. The spacious kitchenette is in-built sporting black wooden cabinetry and sage green tiles, holding everything you need to make a quick snack with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The studio is kept comfortable year-round by split system air conditioning.
Down the short hall, you will find the deluxe ensuite, carrying the same black, timber and eucalyptus tones throughout into the walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
Lastly, walking out the back door, you will find a quaint patio area with seating for four, where you can get some fresh air and soak up the morning sun.
You can rest easy with your car parked right out the front of the studio with any excess cars having free street parking.

The Studio is fit with a digital lock that you will receive your unique code for 48hrs prior to your booking, so no need to meet any one or pick up keys from an office. You will have free parking in the driveway and street.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Scenic Rd in the suburb of Highton, just a 15-minute drive from Geelong CBD and 5 min drive to Waurn Ponds, where you can find the Deakin Campus and Epworth Hospital. The Local shops a 3 min drive away have many places to get your groceries and grab a bite to eat from, including some of our favourites being Gusto’s café, Malee’s Thai Highton and Harvey’s of Highton (fruit and vegetable store).
Getting Around
If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible a 1 min 90 meter walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.View More

Excellent value, great stay! Really enjoyed our first time in Geelong being close to the main part, location was nice and quiet facilities were good Cozy cute and clean studio.
