PROPERTY
The Iona Suites offer several superior studios in Belmont, just a short walk from Highton Village, which features essentials such as our favourite fresh food market, Harvey’s, and What's for dinner – Butcher, as well as fantastic restaurant and café options. The Geelong CBD and Waterfront are only a 10-minute drive away, offering further shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The property offers shared facilities for all guests, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, such as an electric stove, dishwasher, air fryer, large fridge, and washing machine, for your convenience. For seating, you have the breakfast bar and a six-seater dining table. The wide shared hallways allow guests to come and go without disturbing one another.
The Suites offer free WiFi for all guests, allowing you to log in to the Smart TVs and stream your favourite shows and films, as well as browse the Free-to-Air channels.
The Accessible Double Twin Suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The suite features two double beds dressed in quality linen, a built-in wardrobe, a smart TV and a lounge chair with a footrest.
You also have your own kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, and sink.
The Suite features a very large accessible bathroom, with support railing around the open shower and accessible height toilet, the vanity has clearance underneath and a large mirror.
At the end of the room, beautiful sheer s-curtains drape over the view of Highton, which you can sit on your balcony to enjoy.
