The place is completely self-contained, giving you full privacy and the feel of your own little home. Needed a place to stay while completing an intensive unit and Deakin Uni, this place was very close to public transport and the university. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I met the owner and some of the cleaners a couple of times they were all were very nice. Was a weird smell and an empty wine bottle and a tissue under the bed but I was overall very satisfied with my stay! I would stay again if I need to be in Geelong for a short period of time.

I had a really lovely stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, I had everything I needed, and the bed was cosy and relaxing. I also enjoyed having a private bathroom, which made the stay feel much more personal and convenient. The location was great, easy to get around. Paper thin bed sheets, run down apartment with damaged furniture, no smart TV and over grown palm trees blocking views and also knocking against windows all night keeping you awake. Wouldn’t recommend

The apartment is in a great location - close to the Esplanade and to a wonderful variety of restaurants - and was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The hosts were great at communicating and the check-in instructions clear. Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of action and the pump to the apartment's spa bath didn't work (an issue that the hosts were glad to have pointed out so they could rectify), and the TV has lost its 'smarts',  I suspect, but these minor issues didn't really mar our stay to any great extent and we would happily stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a comfortable & spacious unit. Very tidy and although some chilly nights the central heating was quick & easy to use. Great location just a short walk to the beaches & several walking paths along the spectacular coastline. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. A large palm is right in front of balcony blocking view but wouldn’t stop a return stay. Would definitely return again. Host was responsive and check-in straightforward.

The location is PERFECT! the host is very kind, caring and reposnive. the apartment itself is nice, easily accessible for all abilities thanks to the elevator. plenty of great coffee, food& shopping and the main beach is only about 100m away.
however, for the price being charged/ night, and considering we had a multi-night stay, As an absolute minimum, all of the in house facilities MUST work and the apartment should be spotless. this room has a washer/dryer available but be aware - The dryer does not work! & neither does the in room spa bath jets. we also sat down on the couch with a heap of old crumbs, food scraps and pop corn clearly visible around the floor of the couches.
when we asked if there were more towels available, as we had wet towels due to the dryer not working, it was said it was "impossible" to get some some and insinuated that we should have known to hang the towels after washing 🤷🏻‍♂️ if it wasn't for perfect location and great host it would be a 3 star at best.

We walked the beach  basically every day, enjoyed local walkable eats, and the grocery store options are not far away! 
There was a nice bit of privacy on the deck to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air whichw as so lovely!

This is the perfect holiday apartment …. Reallllly close to both main beaches, virtually next door to great pizza, bright, light, bigger than it looks in photos, lovely comfortable bed with crisp linens, excellent kitchen, very clean AND a swimming pool.  We loved it.
