This is our 2nd time staying here & we love it. It is only 5 minutes to the shops, beach, cafes, transport. Everything is easy from booking, to the final walk out the door. Communication was always prompt & nothing was a hassle. We Love the Large shared kitchen & lounge. The timeless pieces that are spread throughout are truly calming & it's nice that you are not stuck in your 'room'. I love gardens, so it was nice to sit outside in spaces that were part of the property, where you could relax & enjoy some outdoor time.

This property was great value for our stay, particularly with the 2 beds. It had everything we needed and was well presented and lovely and clean. Parking was available on the street (angle) which was handy in a bigger Ute. We had no problems finding a park being a weekend. Check in was easy and communication with Regional Escapes was always delivered with kindness, super helpful and prompt. I would absolutely recommend Regional Escapes to any future guests 🤎

Lovely small room for our lovely excited family of 3, we felt really homely and the other people who are staying there as well were lovely. Ashamed we didn’t stayed long enough but definitely recommended and we will come back again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

The airbnb was clean and very comfortable to stay in, the kitchen is small but it had a lot of cookware like air fryer, microwave, rice cooker etc. Definitely recommend this for a short stay especially as it is the most affordable in the area.

Great location and space for our family of four. However, there was a smell whenever we entered the unit that we couldn’t pinpoint. We tried our best to mask the smell. The washing machine was good, however it did not dry our clothes well- although it’s a wash and dry combo. Apart from that the location was good and we had a good stay.

Fantastic location being so close to both the beach and the Bell Street/Esplanade restaurants, bars and businesses. A very cosy, comfy and quiet retreat at the end of a long day exploring the wonders of the Great Ocean Road added with a fun lil’ dip in the pool! A great stay, the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and a huge bath tub! Used the very limited gym, the pool and hot tub were great and very quiet. A tiny bit more admin than your usual Airbnb booking as Regional Escapes operate through air bnb, so had to input my details again onto their website prior to checkin.

Conveniently located, about a three minute walk to the beach. Simply furnished and private, pool was easily accessible and the lift access to the room was great as we had a pram with us.

The apartment is in a great location - close to the Esplanade and to a wonderful variety of restaurants - and was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The hosts were great at communicating and the check-in instructions clear. Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of action and the pump to the apartment's spa bath didn't work (an issue that the hosts were glad to have pointed out so they could rectify), and the TV has lost its 'smarts',  I suspect, but these minor issues didn't really mar our stay to any great extent and we would happily stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a comfortable & spacious unit. Very tidy and although some chilly nights the central heating was quick & easy to use. Great location just a short walk to the beaches & several walking paths along the spectacular coastline. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. A large palm is right in front of balcony blocking view but wouldn’t stop a return stay. Would definitely return again. Host was responsive and check-in straightforward.

The location is PERFECT! the host is very kind, caring and reposnive. the apartment itself is nice, easily accessible for all abilities thanks to the elevator. plenty of great coffee, food& shopping and the main beach is only about 100m away.
however, for the price being charged/ night, and considering we had a multi-night stay, As an absolute minimum, all of the in house facilities MUST work and the apartment should be spotless. this room has a washer/dryer available but be aware - The dryer does not work! & neither does the in room spa bath jets. we also sat down on the couch with a heap of old crumbs, food scraps and pop corn clearly visible around the floor of the couches.
when we asked if there were more towels available, as we had wet towels due to the dryer not working, it was said it was "impossible" to get some some and insinuated that we should have known to hang the towels after washing 🤷🏻‍♂️ if it wasn't for perfect location and great host it would be a 3 star at best.

We had a great stay at the Bell Street Apartment. Regional Escapes were easy to deal with and the apartment was everything we needed. It was clean, quiet and close to great restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay again.
