The Neighbourhood The property is located on Pollen Street in the ever-growing suburb of Mount Duneed, with new facilities and shops constantly popping up in the Armstrong Creek Shopping Centre, which is a 5-minute drive away. Here you can find Coles, Tom’s Marketplace, Chemist, Hairdressers, Cafes, and Eateries, Library and fast food stops along the Surf Coast highway. Harmony Park Playground, which features a cute set of cubbie houses with slides and sand pit, is also close by, a 10-minute walk away. Another top local spot is 9-grams café, which is adjacent to Bunjils Nest Playground and Skatepark, a 25-minute walk or 8-minute drive away.
