THE PROPERTY
Myer’s Manor is spread over two and a half floors, with grand staircases fitted with secure railings between each floor. Guests may park their car for free in the bowl through the main entrance off Myers Street, or undercover through the second entrance.
Stepping through the front patio, the original intricate iron railings and stunning stained-glass windows lead you into the main entrance of Myer’s Manor where you can venture off to find your room or enjoy the shared comforts of the first floor.
The vast common areas include a sun-soaked lounge where you can relax and get to know other guests over a cup of tea in front of the bay window or the fireplace.
Before the kitchen sits a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests’ use. Continue through to the generous kitchen and dining area where you are welcome to cook a meal for your friends or hire catering for an event when leasing the entire manor.
Wander through the heritage residence, soaking in all of its beauty and grace. Step out onto the balcony, where you can take a seat to enjoy the garden views and ponder the architectural wonder of; Saint Mary of the Angels Basilica.
THE STUDIO
This listing is for the Two-bedroom Queen Suite available at Myer’s Manor, located on the ground floor, through the courtyard opposite the laundry room.
The studio has been curated with period furnishings and a touch of modern convenience, taking you on a journey of opulence and comfort.
Making your way to the centre of the manor, stepping out into the service yard opposite the laundry, you enter your own separate unit, which includes two bedrooms, a lounge, and a bathroom.
The main bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, and a separate washroom with a coffee and tea station and bar fridge. Each elegant bedroom includes a Queen bed, bedside tables, lamp and a lounge chair. The separate lounge area incorporates a lush sofa, a round dining table, and a smart TV with Free Wi-Fi available.
Your private studio, combined with the shared kitchen and lounge, ensures you have all the amenities and space you need for a magnificent stay in Geelong, Victoria.

The property is located on Myers Street, in the heart of Geelong CBD.
Delicious restaurants and entertainment venues are at your fingertips. Only a 5-to-10-minute walk away will have you at Recess Bar, El Tor Pizza & Pasta, and Nectar Kitchen on the corner of Myer & Moorabool St. On Ryrie St, you can find Village Cinemas, followed by quality restaurants including Emerge, Kosaten, ALMA and many more of our favourites on Little Malop Street.
A 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Eastern Beach and Geelong Botanic Gardens, where you can take in the sea breeze, play in the park or have a dip in the bay.

Amenities
We had a wonderful time at Myers Manor. The suite was perfect for our family, the location was wonderful, and the house was so lovely and homely. It had such a warm and cosy feel, especially the lounge room.<br/> It had everything we needed, the communal kitchen was very well equipped and having the laundry was very handy. <br/>We can't wait to come back.
