Enjoy the relaxed pace of life on the Bellarine in this family friendly holiday house located 2 minute drive or 10-15 min walk to central St. Leonards, beach, shops, park and pier. The space ‘Rigby Haven’ is well appointed with all the essential amenities including WiFi, Apple TV and huge rear yard and outdoor patio space with BBQ. The property is also pet friendly so you can travel with your furry friends. Internally the property consists of 3 bedrooms, main with queen and ensuite, second bedroom with queen and third bedroom with two sets of single bunks, ideally sleeping up to 8 guests. The second and third bedrooms are service by a central bathroom which includes bath, vanity, separate shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery and microwave. The main living room features split system heating and cooling and Apple TV. There is also a second air conditioner in the dining/kitchen area. Outdoors there is a huge fenced off yard and undercover patio area with outdoor dining and lounge setting plus BBQ. There is off street parking for two cars however ample free on-street parking. Please note we can offer a 5pm checkout on Sunday's in the off-peak season. Please ask if possible on your booking and if able to provide we will let you know. I highly recommend staying at this listing. Host was very responsive. Listing was accurate and checking in was simple. The house was very clean and felt like home. The backyard is perfect for a dog while you relax on the deck. Great location that is close to beach and St Leonard shops. Would definitely stay here again.
