Description

A three-bedroom home with unbeatable views of Corio Bay and the You Yangs, located right along Adrian Mannix public reserve, Clifton Springs. Beach access and a boat ramp are at your front door, it doesn’t get much closer than this. There is an 8 min walk to Jetty Rd Fish & Chips and 5 min drive to Bayview Central Curlewis Shops. Fit to comfortably sleep 8, this home is perfect for a family vacation, a golfing trip with friends, or as a base from which to explore the renowned Bellarine wineries. The space The property is all on ground floor level. When first entering the home, you are welcomed by a cosy library nook where you can pop your coat on a hook and curl up on a plush arm chair to read a book from the extensive library. Adjacent to the library are two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 consists of a queen bed, two side tables with lamps, ceiling fan, chair and built in robe. Bedroom 3 has plenty of room for the kids with a trio bunk, a king single and a built-in robe. Both bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom, which is opposite bedroom three, which is comprised of a large shower, vanity, and toilet. Next to the bathroom is the laundry which includes a washing machine and trough. Stepping out of the hallway and into the open kitchen/dining area is where the magic happens with unbeatable views of Corio Bay. There is an expansive ten-seater wooden dining table as well as a breakfast bar. The contemporary kitchen has ample space along the island bench adjacent to the gas stove and oven. The kitchen has everything you could ask for including a two door fridge, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the cookware and utensils you need (wine fridge currently not cooling). Across the lush carpet from the dining area, you have the living room which is serviced by an air-conditioner and wood fireplace. The lounge furnishings include two couches, a three and two a seater, which look onto the Smart TV with free WIFi Available, a single chair with an ottoman, and a chessboard table. Opposite the main kitchen, there is a covered deck hosting an outdoor kitchen with plenty of bench space and a small Webber BBQ. There is also an Alfresco area that hugs the north side of the home where you can soak up the sun and views of the You Yangs over the glimmering bay on the two Adirondack chairs or enjoy a meal around the outdoor six-seater dining table. At the end of the house, off the living area, you have the Master Retreat, complete with an ensuite and private deck. Here you can lounge in the hammock and soak up the sun with ever-changing views of the bay. The master bedroom comprises of a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, wooden chest of drawers with mirror, chair, and a ceiling fan. There is a large walk-in robe and ensuite that contains a shower, vanity, and a separate toilet. Walking outside of the property, as well as free use of the extensive grassy reserve and play area, you have direct access to the beach in front of the property. Being a bay there are no large waves making it perfect for kids, taking a dip or snorkelling around the jetty pylon remains. There is ample parking with three carport spaces as well as the driveway and street. There is a travel cot and high chair available to borrow. No Garage Access or Pets, as yards are not secure. Guest Access Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect these. The Neighbourhood The property is located on the sea side of Korong Court, Clifton Springs, with beach access down steps or a ramp just in front of the home. The Clifton Springs Boat ramp is around the corner with vehicle access via Jetty Road. A short 5-minute drive will get you to both local shopping centres in Curlewis and Drysdale. It’s an 8-minute walk to Fish and Chips, milk bar and liquor stores, and a 20-minute drive to the surf beaches at Ocean Grove & Barwon Heads. The Clifton Springs Golf Course is a 3-minute drive, while the Curlewis Golf Course and Driving Range are 10 minutes away. Getting Around We would recommend bringing a car to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and Surrounds. Otherwise, there is a bus stop a 10-minute walk from the home where you can catch route 61 Geelong Station – Drysdale via Clifton Springs. Things to Note We appreciate you considering a Regional Escapes property. Our team will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We ask that every guest read and understand our booking terms summarised below. Breach of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your booking before or during your stay. The guest needs to be 25 years of age or over to book the property and accept these terms. 1) Prohibited Activity - Parties that cause disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited during your stay. Events, functions or visitors can be permitted upon prior request on initial booking. All our homes have noise monitoring devices installed. These devices do NOT record conversations and only monitor the db level in the room. - Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees. 2) Departure - We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. This includes washing of dishes or stacking the dishwasher and turning it on as you leave, rubbish placed in bins, all personal belongings removed from the property, securing windows and doors, turning off heating/cooling and turning off all lights. - Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner. 3) Cancellations - Please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked. We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable. All refunds after this period will incur a 5% administration fee on the amount collected to cover the processing of the refund. 4) Damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning - All breakages and damages must be reported to Regional Escapes. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned. - Damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost - If extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable. - If there are any charges applicable after your stay we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference. 5) Pets - Pets are NOT permitted at this property 7) Complaints - If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for assistance. - We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported - We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay. Unique backyard access to beach with panoramic views. even better than the photos. Perfect for our 2 families with 3 kids. We enjoyed our morning and night walks to the jetty and the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the games available was such a good surprise, kept the kids busy when we were getting ready or prepping. We loved our stay at Reelkeen, thanks for a lovely experience.

Big Warm Hug ! Our stay at ReelKeen on the Bellarine was a dream! We enjoyed it so much over Christmas that I even shed a tear when leaving. Beautiful memories were made, the location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided. Despite staying in many ultra-modern places, I must say that this special little home surpassed them all! We ate, slept, relaxed on the lush lawn, enjoyed wine at night under the moonlight and stars, and cherished our time with family. It was truly a wonderful experience! Thank-you for opening your home for us to enjoy!

Relaxed stay, superb views, beautiful home, with all the comforts. Magnificent views of Cario Bay, with easy access to the water. Kitchen with everything! Modern and most enjoyable. Spacious home in an amazing location.
