WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Walking through the front door of the apartment, you enter the kitchen, equipped with all the necessities and dressed in grey-blue tiles. The space then opens into the lounge and dining room, which has a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals.
The blue tones and retro vibes carry into a funky three-seater sofa next to an umber armchair on top of a shag rug, which looks onto the smart TV. The open area is kept comfortable by a Split System Air conditioner.
To the side of the lounge is a Euro laundry fitted with a trough and a washing machine. You can dry your clothes on the outside line or clothes horse.
Situated behind the lounge area is the main bathroom, which services both bedrooms. It comprises a walk-in shower and vanity. A separate powder room sits opposite.
The first bedroom is behind the lounge. It has a Queen bed fitted with quality linen, bedside tables with lamps, a study area, a Smart TV, and a built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom, which spans the length of the apartment, is through the rear hall. The sizeable space includes a Queen bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a study area, a Smart TV, a two-seater couch, and a wardrobe. A wall heater helps keep the bedroom cosy.
The apartment is located underneath the rear of the main home above. You have exclusive access to the driveway, which goes down to the back of the property, where you can park two cars comfortably.

The property is located on Scenic Rd in the suburb of Highton, just a 15-minute drive from Geelong CBD and a 5-minute drive to Waurn Ponds, where you can find the Deakin Campus and Epworth Hospital. The Local shops, a 3-minute drive away, have many places to get your groceries and grab a bite to eat, including some of our favourites being Gusto’s café, Malee’s Thai Highton, and Harvey’s of Highton (fruit and vegetable store).
Getting Around
If you’re not bringing your own vehicle, public transport via the local bus network is accessible a one-minute, 90-meter walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.
