Location was great, we really enjoyed being close to the beach. The property however, needs a deep clean and was very dirty, the house is dated and not very comfortable. Beds were very uncomfortable, lounge room very dirty, kitchen dirty, pillows had a strong odour to them, no top sheets on some beds despite paying additional $35 per person for linen, broken vacuum, bathroom had other people’s hair/ tissue and other waste items in it. Booking under the air bnb banner, we expected cleaner accomodation and we’re very disappointed. Instructions also include detailed cleaning process for guests to complete on check out however this is not typical for air bnb as you pay a cleaning fee. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to this stay however we’re very disappointed. Despite this Jemma’s communication was great and she was lovely. I would not recommend this accomodation.
