WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
When you arrive at the property, enter through the secure white gates and step into the home through the front door. To your right is the living room, which has a children’s play area, leading into a lounge equipped with a large smart TV connected to free Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming your favorite shows (please note it is not linked to free-to-air channels). The lounge offers a lovely view of the attractive balustrade that flows down into the lush, green backyard—an excellent space for kids to run and play. A gas wall heater in the lounge and a portable oil heater in the back room ensure warmth and coziness throughout the home.
As you return to the hallway, you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom is perfect for children or smaller adults, hosting two single bunk beds, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, and a bookshelf. The last room serves as a study, furnished with a large desk, gamer chair, and two large monitors for your use.
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the bathroom, which, while compact, is fresh and functional with a toilet, vanity, and a shower over the bath. Finally, the beautifully renovated kitchen includes a euro laundry conveniently positioned to the side. The kitchen boasts wood, white, and marble finishes for a sleek, modern aesthetic. It comes fully equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, gas cooktop/oven, microwave, kettle, and a washing machine on the opposite side. A six-seater dining table is centrally located, with a high chair available for younger guests. There is an abundance of utensils, cookware, and storage to make family cooking simple and convenient. The kitchen and euro laundry also provide access to the backyard, where a path leads to the clothesline located in the corner pf the Yard. Behind the locked gate, you can safely park two to three cars off the road in the driveway.
GUEST ACCESS
A digital lock is fitted to the property. Details on your unique code will be provided before check-in along with other details to access the property. You will have access to the whole home, not including the shed out the back.

Catch a bus on Tate St/St Albans Rd, which is about a 3-minute walk from the property. From this stop, you can catch Bus Route 31 (Geelong Station to St Albans Park). This route takes you through central Geelong and to the Geelong Railway Station, providing convenient access to the Geelong CBD, shopping districts, and other public transport connections.
Catch the V-Line Train at South Geelong Station, located approximately 5 minutes away by car (about 2.5 km) or a 25-minute walk. South Geelong Station offers regular V/Line services to Melbourne and other regional areas, making it a convenient option for trips to the city or exploring the surrounding regions.

Me he alojado durante 3 semanas en esta casa y ha superado mis expectativas respecto a lo que podía imaginar.
La casa es muy grande, 3 habitaciones, salón, una cocina muy amplia, luminosa y con salida directa al jardín.
Además, cuentan con 2 monitores grandes por si deseas trabajar, lo cual se agradece cuando estás en otro país.
El jardín es enorme, tiene parte delantera y trasera, se puede descansar, hacer deporte, es mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotos.
Posibilidad de poder meter los coches dentro de la casa, por lo que todo es cómodo.
El barrio me gustó, tranquilo, sin ruidos y a 15 minutos de las playas, y supermercados a 5-10 minutos.
Agradecer la rápida atención a consultas que tuve durante mi estancia de 3 semanas y sin duda lo recomiendo enormemente.
