Welcome to Sunrise Close, a modern, spacious family holiday home situated just a short 10 min walk to Collendina beach and a 15 to 20 min walk to the Ocean Grove Hotel and the main street of Ocean Grove. The property is just far enough away to be secluded yet, close enough to be able to walk to dinner at your favourite restaurant. 180° views of Bass Strait and the eastern beach of Ocean Grove and Peninsula await you. The space Sunrise Close is a family holiday home located at the end of a quiet neighbourhood court and consists of four bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 guests in comfort. If required, there is an additional fold-out double sofa bed and spare mattress to accommodate another three guests. There is ample off-street parking with a large driveway that easily accommodates four to six cars. Walking through the front door, you enter a hallway that accesses the first two bedrooms, the main bathroom and a separate toilet. The hallway then leads down to the rear of the home, which features the open-plan living/dining/kitchen space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, coffee machine and glasses for your holiday stay. Leading off the dining area is a fabulous outdoor deck and gated grassed area with a table, chairs and BBQ; everything you need for a relaxing outdoor lunch or dinner with family. Heading upstairs, you will find the second living room with a fold-out sofa, two further bedrooms and another bathroom accessed by both bedrooms. Upstairs you can also access the upper deck with views across the dunes and the bluff. A holiday home built with relaxation as the primary intention, you can unwind here with activities like wine tours, surfing, fishing or simply relaxing. Unlimited WIFI is available. Family friendly The house is located in a good position, walking distance to the beach. The floor plan is well thought out and useful for a family holiday. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Ask for a spare set of keys - the doors lock with keys from the inside which could be a hazard and is inconvenient. There is no backyard, the deck is on the front of the house. Plenty of car parking. The king size bed is VERY FIRM. Bring a cushioned mattress topper or three if you don’t like sleeping on concrete. It is a good house and I would stay there again.
