COME THROUGH THE HOME

You enter into the shared home with the main bedroom to the right, which includes a double bed, desk, Smart TV, AC, walk-in robe and ensuite. Following the hallway straight the home opens into the common living, dining and kitchen area.
The Kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances, crockery and utensils you need. The High-quality appliances include a fridge, dishwasher oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and rice cooker.
The dining room hosts a four-seater dining table, and in the lounge sits a few couches looking onto the Smart TV and kept comfortable by the large Split System Air-conditioner.
Through the glass doors is the courtyard where you can soak up the sun on the five-seater outdoor dining set, enjoying a morning coffee with the friends you make in the shared accommodation.
Continuing through the hallway off the dining room, are the two other bedrooms and main bathroom shared between them.
The bedrooms include a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, new Smart TVs, AC, and built-in robes. Bedroom two also includes a built-in desk and walk-in robe.
The main bathroom includes a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
At the end of the hall is the Laundry with a trough and top-loader washing machine. Which leads out to the side yard with a clothesline and a quiet sitting space for two. There is also a dryer for use in the garage.

Bus stop at Oakwood Cres/Sugargum Dr just 100 metres away where you can catch Routes 41, 42 & 45, which you can use to travel around the local area. Such as stopping into Deakin’s Waurn Ponds Campus and Epworth Hospital just down the hill.

The airbnb was lovely. Very spacious room with its own bathroom. Self check in was handy and had very clear instructions. As a solo female, I felt very safe
Room has its own Air Conditioner. Blackout blinds were so good. Location was perfect and plenty of space outside to park your car. The shared spaces were nice and clean. I loved sitting by the table outside after a long day
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Airbnb is great value for money, I highly recommend it Gonzalo
