The apartment is located on the eleventh floor of the Ruby Apartments complex which was built in 2018. You enter into the main open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with views across the ocean and skyline of Surfers Paradise.
The property comfortably accommodates 4 adult guests with plenty of seating for everyone and the added luxury of both bedrooms being serviced by their own bathrooms. Quality linen and towels are provided, along with some amenities to get you started like soap, shampoo, tea and coffee. Make sure to bring your own beach and pool towels, however. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery etc and features a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and gas cook top. There is also an internal European laundry with washing machine and dryer.
You will also have access to the onsite amenities including a resort-style pool, gymnasium, sauna, café and BBQ area.

Excellent place to stay, family atmosphere Nice, clean and modern apartment close to surfers. Very nicely staged with minimal style. Clean and convenient location. Its a bonus that towels are supplied and changed on request. Recommended
