WALK THROUGH THE APARTMENT WITH US
The apartment is located on the eleventh floor of the Ruby Apartments complex which was built in 2018. You enter into the main open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with views across the ocean and skyline of Surfers Paradise.
The property comfortably accommodates 4 adult guests with plenty of seating for everyone and the added luxury of both bedrooms being serviced by their own bathrooms. Quality linen and towels are provided, along with some amenities to get you started like soap, shampoo, tea and coffee. Make sure to bring your own beach and pool towels, however. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery etc and features a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and gas cook top. There is also an internal European laundry with washing machine and dryer.
You will also have access to the onsite amenities including a resort-style pool, gymnasium, sauna, café and BBQ area.

We had trouble from the start as the key box was not left out at all. We had to wait an hour to get a key to us and after driving over 8hrs it would have been nice to get in straight away.<br/>Once inside we found a VERY dirty plate in the dishwasher that I’m not sure how long it had been left in there.<br/>The property was lovely very comfortable, stunning view and swimming pool was delightful.<br/>We had a great stay, but unfortunately was tainted by the problems we encountered at the start.
