The place was amazing. The key pickup was very convenient. Parking was provided which was quite handy. We didn't have to move the car. Things were nearby so we didn't mind walking abit. Overall great place and responsive host

Highly recommend! will be held as my top stay for any future gold coast trips, location was brilliant close to everything needed but without being directly on the beachfront so it was bliss to sit on the balcony in the evenings without too much salt wind. Very peaceful for a plesant night sleep and all the right extras included (nespresso machine and pods!) Only 10min walk to the main nightlife of Cavill street and restaurants. For 2 friends needing their own space Highly recommend, bathroom and bedroom are located each side of the apartment - which was my initial reason for selecting. Key is to be picked up from approx 5min walk away, not an area easy to park, recommend to park at the apartment and walk to get the key on arriving. Thank you!

The apartment itself is beautiful and clean, but there are a few things to consider. Collecting the keys was a bit inconvenient as they have to be picked up from a convenience store that isn’t within walking distance from the property. If you’re driving, it’s even more challenging since there’s no parking near the store—it’s located on a main road, so you’ll need to park elsewhere and walk to get the keys. While the apartment is generally well-maintained, the carpet in the bedrooms and the rug in the living room could use a deep cleaning, as they felt sticky during our stay. The property uses triple sheeting for the bedding, with the duvet sandwiched between two flat sheets. If you’re not accustomed to this style, you might want to bring your own duvet cover, especially since the duvet is king-sized. On a positive note, the carpark in the basement of the building was very convenient.
