We will not be available at the property during your stay. However, this is a self-check-in property, so you will have everything you need for a smooth arrival and stay. Should you need anything, feel free to reach out to us through the app.

Mosquitoes were horribly inside even with windows and doors closed, the backyard did not present as per the photo on here, chairs were tipped upside down with the cushions left on the ground with dirt leafs and marks on them. Netflix did not work in the lounge, opened the spa cover to find all leaves in the spa. There is pests in the roof / walls in the lounge could hear something crawling both nights which on top of everything else ruined the stay and made it extremely uncomfortable. The driveway is not user friendly, you can barely fit your car in the parking space. If you don’t sharply turn the front or your car will scrape. Perhaps arrange regular maintenance to the backyard if you are going to charge $700 + per night. Extremely unreasonable and for the price this place did not tick all the boxes for me. My wife and I, along with some guests absolutely loved our stay here. They house is clean, tidy, and in a great quiet location in Geelong but not too far from landmarks. Disappointing to say the least. Whilst effort has been made on the interior of the house the location of this house is not the best. Parking is very very tight. You probably need to park on the street. When we arrived the lock to the house was broken. Only the security screen was able to be locked. There was no hot water and the remote for the tv would not work and it wasn’t a battery issue. House also had a notable pet pee smell which is a shame as we brought our pet and are generally understanding and appreciate owners who allow pets but the smell was right near the sofa. Also the spa area is in a poor location and not maintained. It’s basically under a garage. It’s a shame as the owners have made an effort to make the interior present well but when you don’t have basics such as security, hot water and you booked because of the spa and it’s not warm and dirty and in a poor spot it’s just not worth the money. We checked out one day early and are still waiting our refund from regional Lovely place, generous pantry supplies, amazing jacuzzi!!! 😁
