The property consists of 6 individual studios available to book separately or multiple at same time for larger group bookings. Only a 5 min drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 20 min drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport also available with bus stop only a 450m walk.

Quiet court location, respectful and clean space. Place was easy to find and instructions were very clear.<br/>Good parking and the room itself was great.<br/>Only complaint is the noise of other people staying in the other rooms.<br/>Every noise carry’s and you can hear all the taps being turned on and off which makes for a less than enjoyable stay.<br/>Maybe if it’s at $90-100 per night you accept it but at $160 it’s a bit steep.<br/>The problem when basic houses get converted like this is they are not commercial set ups with sound proof wall etc.<br/>Just needs to be repriced at a more reasonable rate to be of value. was an amazing relaxing stay as always thank you Want to give a huge thank you and praise to Michelle and her crew for helping me source appropriate accommodation. <br/>Definitely go above and beyond in helping me out.
