Lovely spot to stay! Clean and updated and great for a spot to sleep. Check in and out was easy to follow. The only minor downfall was that it was very easy to hear the other people staying next door so didn't feel as private. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very nice, comfortable, and cozy, and I always felt safe during my two-week stay. The location was also very convenient—only about a 7–8 minute walk to Westfield and around 9–12 minutes to the Waterfront. Overall, I had a really great experience and truly enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always tried their best to respond to my messages, even on weekends, which I really appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be having an elevator or lift in the building. This would make it much easier and more accessible for elderly guests or people with mobility difficulties to travel between the ground and first floors. Other than that, I really loved the place and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for making my two-week stay so comfortable and enjoyable! ❤️

Dear Team, We greatly appreciate you moving our room from the upper floor to the ground floor so promptly. This arrangement is very convenient for elders like us. You have shown excellent customer service by responding to our queries immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay — it reminded us of our life back in Burma, and it was the best holiday our siblings have had together. The property looks like a very grand governor's house. My brother would like to suggest installing a sliding door for the kitchen, so the smell won't exposed to the rest of the house.

Lovely place to stay, I had my little dog with me and it was great for her to have a private courtyard as well as the gate access for easier getting in and out. Overall had everything you could need for a few nights stay as well as the shared area having everything else

Lovely little stay for myself and my daughter. The room was lovely, warm and cosy, tastefully decorated. The shower was fantastic and the bed super comfortable . The Manor itself is divine with attention to detail. You could stay a week and get lost in the detail. We needed a timeout from all the stress of life and that's exactly what we got. The church next door is beautiful Walkable distance to lovely restaurants and pubs The Manor itself was quite and respectful to other guests, a wonderful way to get a peek inside these old buildings! I would not hesitate to stay again!

This stay was amazing although the spacing was small and the kitchen and dining is shared with other residents, the vintage look makes it feel very cozy and beautiful for a couple to stay.

Great place to stay, thanks for having us! Such a cool place and everything was clean. Only point of note is the rooms are quite close together so able to hear next door with the freeway also within earshot at night time with the lack of any other artificial noise in the area. But overall great place and as long as you aren’t a super light sleeper, definitely recommend. Would stay again!

It is in an excellent position only a short walk to Fairhaven beach and to the river shops in Aireys Inlet. This property has a large north facing deck with plenty of sunlight and beautiful tree views. The studio houses the third bedroom with an ensuite and small living area with a TV. Ideal for the extended family.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in Fairhaven. The house was perfect for us with highlights being proximity to the beach, wonderful wood fire (with plenty of wood and kindling provided) and lovely backyard deck overlooking the trees.  Lovely styling indoors and out makes it a really comfortable place to relax in the sunshine.

Wonderful stay! We stayed here for a friends wedding up the road and it was the perfect location.

Not our first stay.. we love the area and this house have everything we need for a great stay. The retreat is perfect for our teen. An easy walk to Fairhaven beach for a walk or a swim. Close to the bush and nearby hiking and mountain bike tracks.

Really enjoyed our stay in this cozy house. The location of the house was a short walk from a great cafe and beach. The living and entertainment areas were cozy for the winter stay - both indoor and outdoor fire places provided plenty of warmth. However, it is important to note that the king bed advertised is not actually a king, rather 2 king singles pushed together which are uneven in the middle. Also, paying for linen was a cost which I would have thought to be included in the price we payed for our stay. Over all, very happy with our stay

Lovely spot, beautiful house, quiet and peaceful but a quick walk to Aireys shops. The fireplace heated up the house well in the sudden cold snap and the kids craft drawer was a lovely bonus!
