The space
Dune Top Views is perfectly set up for a couples getaway or small family of 4. There are 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds. All linen and towels are provided.
Reaching the top level you step on to the main deck with 6 seater dining setting and gas BBQ. When entering the property you step into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The lounge is set up with large comfy couch easily accomodating 4 adults and Smart TV connected to internet and local channels.
There is indoor dining for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge and ALDI coffee pod machine.
The main bathroom features large bath tub with shower over bath, vanity and washing machine. Toilet is separate.
The property is heated via gas heater in lounge and cooled via fans in main lounge and bedrooms. In summer you get a nice coastal breeze flowing through the property.
There is parking for one car at top of drive and multiple cars on nature strip out the front.
Guest access
You will have full access to apartment however no access to the garage.
