Situated in a great position with views towards Point Nepean and Bass Straight this 2-bedroom apartment offers a terrific and relaxing getaway for any guest. You are only a 10 min walk to the beach and 5min drive to local shops and cafes. The space Dune Top Views is perfectly set up for a couples getaway or small family of 4. There are 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds. All linen and towels are provided. Reaching the top level you step on to the main deck with 6 seater dining setting and gas BBQ. When entering the property you step into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The lounge is set up with large comfy couch easily accomodating 4 adults and Smart TV connected to internet and local channels. There is indoor dining for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge and ALDI coffee pod machine. The main bathroom features large bath tub with shower over bath, vanity and washing machine. Toilet is separate. The property is heated via gas heater in lounge and cooled via fans in main lounge and bedrooms. In summer you get a nice coastal breeze flowing through the property. There is parking for one car at top of drive and multiple cars on nature strip out the front. Guest access You will have full access to apartment however no access to the garage.View More

Property cleanliness The inside of the house was neat and tidy, however the outside was very untidy and needs maintenance. One of the steps leading to the property requires maintenance as it’s an OHS issue someone will trip. Over grown pathway. Tenants downstairs need to clean up their mess as it’s not a good look when you arrive.

We booked this last minute outside of business hours and the host made it very easy to book last minute without any issues and were beyond helpful with the process. I would highly recommend for any future stays

Property was as described, easy stay and reasonable location. Just a short drive to restaurants etc and 15min walk to the surf beach. Good communication and easy to find the place. The apartment is joined to downstairs and the stairwell is a huge echo chamber. The younger folk that live downstairs are nice enough, however they do like to party, so the pre ‘going out’ tunes were loud and the 3-4am wake up when they come home wasn’t very nice. It needs to be properly soundproofed.
