The place was walking distance to everywhere. Deakin university, restaurants, western, eastern beach was walking distance,l. Place looked newly renovated and easy to find. Would highly recommend it to anyone who was looking for a place close to everything Very beautiful home. So close to everything! Good house. Really clean. Beautiful near water.
