Amazing location, extremely easy check in system, great sized place. However - the spa bath was extremely dirty on arrival and there was dust and musky smell in the bedrooms. Noise levels were a little disturbing but you expect that being in such a central location in the city. All and all it was a good place. Probably would stay here again.

I loved the house, spacious rooms, heaters provided to keep warm. It is in great location closer to all amenities however night time on weekends are noisy due to bars. Night is Great for those who love party/ clubbing life.
Beautiful sunrise you could see from the windows. I loved the short walk to Geelong waterfront.
Overall i loved my stay. The only problem was the noise at night but we were tired so we slept well and comfortably.

Unfortunately, a complete disappointment.
The apartment was freezing - we did stay in the middle of winter, but thought we might get an apartment with appropriate heating. We did not.
A small bar heater for 1 of 3 bedrooms, and a split system that did not work at all.
The middle bedroom had a window that would not close.
And not an extra blanket in sight! I did request this on the first evening, but no one could drop one off. They did reply after we checked out a day early that they could have organised this for us.
Bedding on all beds for the middle of winter was sparse. A thin blanket and summer doona. To say we were cold was an understatement.
And to top off a below average stay, we were kept up all night with the local karaoke until 2am - it was very loud!! I never read this in any review.
Also - no blinds in the bathroom?
We were meant to stay 2 nights, and checked out early the next morning - no way were we staying another night. Not recommended to anyone to stay here in Winter.
