Description
Driftwood is a luxury 3 bedroom townhouse situated in central Ocean Grove. You’ll love being only 800m from the main shops or 10 min walk to the beach. You’ll also enjoy being only a minutes walk to public tennis courts, Madeley St Milk Bar, Woodies Pizza on Madeley and Madeley St Fish and Chips.
The space
Driftwood is well appointed with all the essential amenities including WiFi, Smart TVs in both living rooms and zoned refrigerated heating/cooling throughout the entire house.
Internally the property consists of 3 bedrooms, Master with Queen bed, large walk in robe and ensuite situated on the ground floor with the other 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom features 2 sets of single bunks. The property ideally sleeping up to 8 guests.
The main bathroom features shower, bath and vanity with separate toilet/powder room. There are 2 x powder rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc and features a dishwasher, Gas cook tops, electric oven, butler’s pantry and beautiful stone bench tops.
There are 2 living rooms in total both with TVs and super comfortable couches. The upstairs lounge also has Nintendo gaming console for use.
Outside is where you will spend most of your time no doubt. The doors from the dining/living area slide open to the rear entertainment area that features a great dining space with long bench seat running across the back fence, a good sized gas BBQ and large shade umbrella for those hot summer days. The rear yard is secure and fenced off from neighbours and front yard.
Other features of the home include internal European laundry with washing machine and large single garage with off street parking for another car in front of garage.

Fantastic location

Fantastic place to stay
Driftwood is a beautifully styled & appointed holiday space. The split level living spaces give you the ability to have your own space if you need it. Neighbourhood shop right next door, so handy for the item you have forgotten or don’t have, main shopping strip & beach just a 10 minute walk. Setback off the main road, so nice & quiet.
The hosts provided a high chair & portacot upon request for our nieces 18 month old - so helpful & much appreciated. A great place to come home to after a day at the beach and really made our family get together at Christmas a special time. Money well spent. Wonderful property, clean & modern with great space throughout and comfortable courtyard area with BBQ and outdoor dining. Easily accommodated 7 of us comfortably and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely be happy to return
