Description
A fantastic base for your travels to Geelong and surrounding region awaits. Situated in Highton this 4-bedroom home sleeping up to 12 guests has all the inclusions to make your stay comfortable. The back yard is huge and great for the family pet or the kids to burn off all their extra energy. There is WIFI available and Smart TVs in living room and every bedroom. The rate includes full linen and towels for number of guests booked.
The property is split over two levels. On the top level is the main 3-bedroom home. You enter the home into the main hallway with the living room and separate dining/kitchen space to your left and 3 bedrooms, main bathroom (with spa bath) and separate toilet to your right. Off the dining room you step out to the top deck space and take the stairs down to lower deck and self-contained bungalow with its own bathroom and kitchenette.
PLEASE NOTE – Bungalow will only be available for bookings of 9 guests or more.
Ducted heating and evaporative cooling keep upstairs comfortable all year round whilst the bungalow downstairs is heated and cooled via an air conditioner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils inc kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchenette in bungalow also has bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

All you need to bring with you is clothes, food, beach towels and good vibes!
You will have access to the entire yard and house however no access to the garage or under house storage. You can park one car off-street in drive and plenty of extra parking available out front of house on street and nature strip.
The property is situated in Highton. A family friendly suburb of Geelong and in quite a desirable neighbourhood. The property is located on a main road however quietens down on weekends and in the afternoon/evenings. The property is a 15 min drive to Geelong CBD and 30 min drive to the surf beaches of Torquay and Ocean Grove.View More

Amenities
We had a very pleasant stay at Regional Escape's Highton residence in Geelong. Very clean and comfortable. <br/>An easy 3 minute drive to the supermarket, and 14 minute drive into Geelong CBD. <br/>The Regional Escapes team were quick to answer all our questions. Easy check in and check out.<br/>Thank you for having us 😊<br/>- Paula Adequate accommodation for our family group. Communal areas were cosy and kitchen on the small side for the number of guests. Property is generally looking a bit tired. Pleasant. Air conditioning was missed on hot days, thankfully it cooled off. All in all was good We brought 10 girls away for a few days . House worked out a really great space to accommodate everyone , especially with the additional bungalow section.
Garden had a large table that fit 12 for dinner .
Kitchen facilities good.
Bathrooms clean with a separate toilet which made things easier with a bigger group.
Location suited us perfectly and locality of shops was helpful.
