The guest house is on the same property as the host, but with it's own separate area and entrance. There is a secure parking spot away from the main house.

Beautiful small space, thought the bedroom was seperate from the living room but that’s ok we made it work. Was very clean and had all the basic things you need.
I’m a support worker and made Lego with my client which we left in the vase (big Lego roses) and we decided to leave them there as they fit so well We stayed at this property for 5 nights, spending over $1,500 AUD. The location is excellent, and the property is well-presented, but some details need attention.
There’s no curtain or blind on the front door, compromising privacy as the bed is right next to it. Bathroom amenities were lacking—no soap, toilet roll holder, or towel rails. In the kitchen, there were no scouring pads, and the coffee provided was only enough for two cups. The BBQ is dated and difficult to use—we gave up trying to start it after 30 minutes. The backyard is spacious but lined with sharp gravel, making it uncomfortable to walk on and not dog-friendly.
Small touches like a welcome pack, milk in the fridge, or a dog bowl would go a long way. While the property has great potential, addressing these issues would better align the experience with the premium price. Samantha

We had a wonderful stay for New Years! The amenities were great – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient. Would love to come back! We loved our time thank you! The cleaners were abit grumpy because we left at 10.05 but that’s ok 10am check out means 10am! Thanks for a beautiful stay :)
