‘PierPoint 203’ features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of cupboard space available and a 2nd living area/3rd bedroom with a premium fold-out sofa with a proper inner sprung mattress. There are two bathrooms that service the 3 bedrooms with the larger of the two featuring a bathtub. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers and toilets.
The main open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is generous in space and appointed with quality furniture including an electric reclining leather sofa. There is a SMART TV available and access to free WIFI. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, gas cooktop, an electric oven and a dishwasher. There is dining for 6 both inside and outside on the balcony.
You’ll have access to two balconies both with views of the waterfront. The main balcony has privacy screens that can be shifted to block the afternoon sun or open up the view of the adjacent park along with a gas BBQ.
You will also have access to a secure underground car park for one car.

ACCESS: Keys will be placed in a key safe off-site. You will need to head to this location first, collect the keys then head to the property. The location is under a 5-minute drive from the property. Great location for our older children to walk to the beach, easy to find Great location right in the middle of everything. The host is very responsive, helpful and flexible. The place is squeaky clean and spacious. Just need to check with the host about the parking space beforehand. Rhonda
