The property consists of 6 individual studios available to book separately or multiple at same time for larger group bookings. Only a 5 min drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 20 min drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport also available with bus stop only a 450m walk. The space Room 5 compromises of a Double bed, Smart TV, bar fridge & kettle. It is a smaller budget friendly room perfect for a short stay. The ensuite bathroom has shower, toilet, and vanity. The team were really kind and answered my queries.
I think I was shocked with the set up of the house in a share set up, my expectations were different as I thought i had my own private apartment.
People were coming in early hours of the morning with pets which was making the dogs bark so I didn’t stay my full two nights as I didn’t get a very good sleep. Overall this is great if you need something affordable and easy just not what I had anticipated the staff were great though.

I’ve stayed here before so I knew the place well. Very clear instructions on how to get here. Easy check in. Quiet, after check in I turned down my sheets to find stains on the blanket, I sent a photo to the hosts who asked me to email the pictures. I left the next day for business and returned expected the sheets to be replaced, stained sheets were still there. Disappointed that the hosts acknowledged and thank me for bringing it to their attention, but did not offer to come replace the sheets or offer any alternate room. During my stay, there was only one other room occupied the entire time, so a change to another room would’ve been better or at least offer clean sheets.
