The house was in a delightful, peaceful location. We enjoyed the fireplace on a wintry night. The set up of the house was situated well for our group. The split system and electric heaters in the bedrooms warmed the house adequately. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provisions are minimal though so be prepared and take tea/coffee/oil/condiments if you plan on eating in.

Ive stayed for approximately 3 weeks now and I did  notice some of the other reviews mentioning noise i honestly have hardly heard a sound I found my whole stay perfect its great place and highly recommend cheers Trev.

Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, the homeatead was warm and cosy on a freezing cold night. Room was clean and modern, love the double shower. Fire pit is a great feature to stare at the stars at night and watch the wallabies in the morning.

This place is great for the price you pay. Usually sharing one building there are issues but this felt private, barely ever heard anyone and it was great having our own outside area. It was clean and modern, had all the basic stuff you would need for a comfortable stay. Overall I would return and enjoyed my stay with no issues

This stay was affordable and very conveniently located, close to the Geelong CBD and right near multiple public transport options to get there. It was spacious, pet-friendly, included an entire kitchen space and was the most affordable spot in the region. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here!! The place was clean and tidy, and the host was responsive and very helpful. The airfryer in our unit wasn’t turning on, and the host had it replaced within the hour! The location was great, very close to parking, the waterfront, shops and a variety of restaurants and other entertainment. Overall a great experience, and would recommend to anyone looking for a calm few days in the area!

I booked this incredible spot for our wedding morning to get ready and take our wedding photos before the ceremony. It was so spacious and fitted all my bridal party and family comfortably. Easy check in procedure and great communication from the hosts as well, timely and clear.

I have enjoyed my stay at the place.  Quite homely, near the no 24 bus stop and Geelong.  The hosts allowed me to check in early.  Great communication from the host, they respond to messages within minutes. Met the owner, a really lovely and friendly lady. The place gets cleaned occasionally, I have extended my stay as I am happy with the house set-up and it meets my requirements.  The price is reasonable ie you get what you paid for and I am intending to stay longer.

Beautiful little place. Walkable distance to Geelong and the waterfront. Pretty peaceful despite being across from the hospital and on a busy ish road didn’t wake up to anything or hear any loud noises while we were there. Clean and easy to get in and out as you please with the digital locks
