WALK THROUGH THE SPACE WITH US
With Easy Access off Myers Street, Geelong, pop up to two cars in the carport and head through the front door fit with a secure digital lock. The front entry opens into the entertainment area of the group space.
First up is a 6-seater couch with two additional armchairs you can pull in close or leave where they are to wait for your turn in your Friendly Pool Tournament. To the side of the Pool Table is an Extra-Large TV mounted to the wall so you can view it from all points of the room. The Main Bathroom is off this area, featuring black herringbone tiles, a vanity, a toilet and a walk-in shower.
Bordering the lounge area, there is a long dining table that seats ten, where you can enjoy a meal that you either ordered swiftly from town or cooked up on the kitchenette appliances. The kitchenette is packed full of handy appliances, such as an air fryer, electric plates, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.
Next to the Kitchenette is Bedroom two; the small but high room comprises sleekly and strongly built triple bunk beds that host deluxe long single mattresses topped with quality linen.
Another custom bunk bed with three King Single Mattresses is also in the open living area beside the pool table. Along with a gorgeous timber panel finish, each custom bunk bed includes a little nook to pop your phone into, which includes a lamp that acts as a clock and a wireless charger.
Exiting the Open Living Area and going left of the entry, is the Master Bedroom.
The Room has a unique feature with a peak through the ceiling to the steel water tank of the original build. The bedroom contains a king-size bed fitted with plush linen. Down the side of the room is a large ensuite dressed in marble tiles. The Ensuite comprises of a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
Along with the use of the carport, where you can park up to two cars, you are welcome to stroll the gardens of the Myer Manor and St Mary’s Basilica next door. Feel free to have a sun-soaked picnic in the gardens just outside your room. Or stroll to the restaurants just 5 minutes down the road.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The balcony is not accessible due to safety reasons related to the integrity of the heritage balustrade. We appreciate your understanding, as guest safety is our top priority.

A digital lock is fitted to the property. Details on your unique code will be provided before check-in along with other details to access the property. You will have access to the Whole Group Room and Two Carport Spaces, and you are welcome to enjoy the surrounding gardens of the Myer Manor.

The property is located on Myers Street, in the heart of Geelong CBD.
Delicious restaurants and entertainment venues are at your fingertips. Only a 5-to-10-minute walk away will have you at Recess Bar, El Tor Pizza & Pasta, and Nectar Kitchen on the corner of Myer & Moorabool St. On Ryrie St, you can find Village Cinemas, followed by quality restaurants including Emerge, Kosaten, ALMA and many more of our favourites on Little Malop Street.
A 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Eastern Beach and Geelong Botanic Gardens, where you can take in the sea breeze, play in the park or have a dip in the bay.
A 15-minute walk to Geelong Art Centre, Gallery, National Wool Museum, Geelong Library and Heritage Centre also known as ‘the Dome’, where you can take in the history and talent of Geelong.
Getting Around
Centrally located in Geelong CBD, there is ample public transport, including buses along Moorabool Street, a 3-minute walk away where you can catch many routes that go through Geelong Train Station. With Taxis and Ubers readily available.
