Welcome To the Beach, a cute and tidy townhouse located in old Ocean Grove only a few hundred metres from the main shops and 15 min walk to the main beach. The property sleeps 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and features large living space, central bathroom and a secure pet friendly yard.

The Space:

To the Beach compromises of 2 generous sized bedrooms, main with direct access to the central bathroom with separate toilet. You enter the home into a wide hall with bedrooms to either side. The leads down to the open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The Kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and all the essential kitchen items such as cutlery, dinnerware, glasses, pots/pans and cooking utensils.

The main living room has ample seating with three 2 seater couches and access to the outside courtyard.

Please note all Linen and Towels are provided for your stay and WIFI is available.

Main Bedroom has Queen
Bedroom 2 has Trio Bunk (Double on base and Single on top)

Bathrooms – Walk in shower, bath and vanity. Powder room separate.

Heating/Cooling – Split system air conditioning and heating in the main living room. Ceiling fans in both of the bedrooms.

Parking – One car can park in drive in front of garage (NO access to garage) also free on street parking for additional cars.
