Summary
A three bedroom, 70’s architectural home located a 15 minute walk from The Terrace, Ocean Grove and a short drive to Ocean Grove main beach. This warm timber filled home is perfect for any family or group of six friends wishing to retreat down to the coast, whether it be a quick trip or visiting family for a month.
The Space
Walking up to the property you are greeted by beautiful timber cladding, leading a few steps up through the white door which opens into the living and kitchen area.
The floor plan is laid out over one level, starting with the open living, dining and kitchen area which is kept to temp with a hydronic wall heater and ceiling fan.
Starting with the lounge area, you have two plush two seater couches, looking into a smart TV, following through to the dining area where you have a funky black and orange six seater dining table. The kitchen hosts a two seater buffet table off the glossy wooden benches, leading into a cute but functional kitchen which consists of a dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas stove and all the utensils, cookware and crockery you need to cook up a storm. My favourite feature of the kitchen being the expansive folding windows which overlook the deck, to serve your diners at the six-seater wooden dining table whilst the kids and pooches run around the yard, which you can access off the dining room as well as the Laundry.
Going off to the right of the dining area, we have the living quarters of the home, starting with the laundry which consists of a washing machine, trough with plenty of bench space, separate toilet, and access to the backyard. Next up is the main bathroom which features a spacious shower with green feature tiling and a large wooden vanity.
All three bedrooms are also down the hall, each with their own wall heater and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable throughout the year. Besides the heating and cooling, the main bedroom consists of a Queen bed, side tables and desk, the second bedroom has another Queen bed with one side table, and third bedroom includes a King Single and a single trundle underneath with one bedside table, all together hosting six guests.
Regarding parking, there is a carport which fits one car, plus another open space in the driveway and on street parking.
Guest Access
Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Raven Cl in the Suburb of Ocean Grove. The main shops on The Terrace are a 15 min walk away, with local attractions of the Blue Lake Reserve being a 6 min walk away. Ocean grove Beach is just a 4 min drive, and Ocean Grove Golf Course, Boat Ramp and Bunker Café & Bistro being a 3 min drive.
Getting Around
We would recommend a vehicle to explore the greater Bellarine, however you are within a 15 min walk to essentials and there is a Bus station a 4 minute walk from the property, at Sandpiper Ct/Presidents Ave, where you can catch Route 55 (Geelong Station – Ocean Grove via Barwon Heads).

We ask that every guest read and understand our booking terms summarised below. Breach of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your booking before or during your stay.
The guest needs to be 25 years of age or over to book the property and accept these terms.
1) Prohibited Activity
– Parties that cause disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited during your stay. Events, functions or visitors can be permitted upon prior request on initial booking. All our homes have noise monitoring devices installed. These devices do NOT record conversations and only monitor the db level in the room.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees.
2) Departure
– We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. This includes washing of dishes or stacking the dishwasher and turning it on as you leave, rubbish placed in bins, all personal belongings removed from the property, securing windows and doors, turning off heating/cooling and turning off all lights.
– Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner.
3) Cancellations
– Please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked. We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable. All refunds after this period will incur a 5% administration fee on the amount collected to cover the processing of the refund.
4) Damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning
– All breakages and damages must be reported to Regional Escapes. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned.
– Damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost
– If extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable.
– If there are any charges applicable after your stay we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference.
5) Pets
– Pets are permitted however we ask you to please advise us on the breed and age of the animal.
– Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or bedding.
– Pets poo is to be cleaned from yard upon departure
– Extra cleaning fees will apply if you fail to clean up after your pet, if they have been up on furniture/bedding or caused any damage.
7) Complaints
– If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for assistance.
– We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported
– We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay. A high-level guest experience is of the highest priority for our entire team.
