THE SPACE

‘Barwon Belle’ features 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, main bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet, internal laundry and alfresco area.

The yard is secure and features two decks one leading into the main living space and another into the master bedroom.

Main Bedroom – Queen bed

Bedroom 2 – 2 x Singles

Bedroom 3 – Queen

Bathrooms – Master has ensuite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has shower over bath and vanity. Second toilet is separate.

Living Spaces – Large open plan space with seating for all guests, TV and gas fireplace.

Heating/Cooling – Reverse cycle air conditioner in main living area along with gas fireplace. There is also ceiling fans located in each room.

Car Parking – Parking available for two cars off street with single garage available for use and another car space in front of garage.

Modern, clean and comfortable! This was a great place to stay for our family holiday. The house is modern, clean and comfortable. The communication from Debbie Regional Escapes was clear, helpful and timely, and they responded quickly when I had a query.

Comfortable and clean! Had a very nice stay. House was comfortable and clean and everything worked well. Location is ok but quite a distance from the main shops and restaurants. Only suggested improvement would be the provision of internet.
