Fantastic restaurants, lively bars, abundant entertainment, and sightseeing opportunities are all just a 5 to 20-minute stroll away. Secure access is provided via digital locks, with entry available through a lift or stairs. A lounge area in the foyer welcomes you, leading to the art-lined hallway to your studio.
The Triple Studio provides ample space for three guests. It features multiple seating areas, including a three-seater dining table and a two-seater window breakfast bar where you can enjoy views over the trees. You can unpack and store your items in the built-in robe and cabinet.
The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and a king single, all dressed with freshly laundered linen. Upon advance request, the beds can be separated into three king singles. Bedside tables accompany them with lamps for ambient lighting. Snuggle in and enjoy your favourite movie or show on the Smart TV, with Free WIFI included and stay comfortable throughout the seasons with the Split System Airconditioning.
The studio features a spacious kitchenette equipped with various appliances to optimise its use, including a bar fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, microwave, rice cooker, and air fryer, along with plenty of crockery and utensils. Amenities include an iron and a fold-out ironing board. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and dishwashing supplies are available for your convenience.
Freshen up in the ensuite, which includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. A hairdryer, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are available for your enjoyment.

I really enjoyed my stay on Yarra st the place was clean and fresh shower was great , wardrobe and coat hangers with shelving and drawers was great to stay organised while travelling . Beds were so comfortable with blackout blinds and lovely linens and towels ,had plastic plates and cups for kids everything you need to cook and small fridge with real freezer very handy !Also there is option for insurance against damages is offered for a small cost . Location is ideal close to everything this place is really nice pretty quiet and building is recently renovated . Don’t use the fire escape ! Unless emergency Very cheap and clean accomodation in central location. A 15 min walk to everything. There is heaps of on street parking if you are happy for your car to be out overnight. I will certainly stay here again as about half the price of a lot of others. If you want a private bedroom to yourself then you have to prepare to pay $300 a night but for myself and my 2 boys this was perfect😁
