disappointed. our little family of 3 arrived on a hot summer day to a very hot apartment. discovered that the aircon did not work (it kept reverting to heat mode). also no free to air TV. no cold water plumbed to the fridge. west facing all glass windows made the apartment extremely hot in summer. owner did not respond to any of my requests for help/assistance. I paid almost $1000 for 2 nights here. Did not meet expectations. Shame on you for putting us through that experience.
