The Space:

CORPORATE and GROUP BOOKINGS welcome. If you are after multiple properties or a longer stay please make sure to reach out to discuss. We manage multiple houses and will do our best work with your requirements.

All 3 bedrooms have Queen beds. The master has walk in robe and ensuite. The other two have built in robes. All bedrooms have Smart TVs mounted on walls. Quality linen and towels provided.

3 seater and 2 seater sofa, Smart TV, Desk work space, bean bags for kids and some toys on offer. Heating and cooling via split system heating and cooling. The gas wall heaters are NOT in operation.

Dining table comfortable for 4 adults, 900mm oven and cooktop, dual dishwasher draws, fully equipped with the essentials including utensils, cups, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Some tea and coffee is supplied to get you started. Plenty of work space on stone top benches.

Master ensuite has shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has walk in shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

Washing trough and top loader washing machine. BYO Laundry Detergent.

Dining set and gas BBQ on large deck which is all undercover. There is plenty of parking off-street with the ability to park a couple of cars in front of house and on nature strip.

comments Clean and well supplied A nice 15 minute drive from Torquay, the accommodation allows you to enjoy the coastal getaway without the crowds. Clean and well supplied as described. Simple but functional, would recommend. Also has a secured gravel area great for small pets.

comments Very comfortable We stayed at this house for a few months while our own house was being repaired (after water damage). The house (unit) was just as depicted: it was very clean and very comfortable. We felt “at home” very quickly. We only had one problem and it was attended to very quickly when we contacted the host. We would recommend this place for a comfortable stay - it is close to Torquay Road and only takes a short drive to either Torquay or Central Geelong. I walked to Waurn Ponds shopping centre a few times, but there is a much closer IGA supermarket in easier walking distance.
