Welcome to ‘Miramar 406’… The ideal base, whether it be for work or holiday. The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a secure car park for one. Oh, and a massive deck with views across Corio Bay, plus access to the resident’s gym.

The Space:

Miramar 406 features two generous bedrooms, the main with a king and the second with a queen, both with robes. There are two bathrooms, ensuite to main; both have walk-in showers, vanity and toilet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the large balcony that wraps around the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, dinnerware etc. There is a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric fan forced oven, L’OR coffee pod machine, dishwasher and generous stone-top benches for a great prep surface.

The living/dining area is beautifully furnished with a leather couch, occasional chairs, a dining table for six and large wall-mounted TV.

WiFi is also provided.

KEYNOTES

Main Bedroom – Wall-mounted TV, King Bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed and serviced by the second bathroom.

Heating/Cooling – There are two reverse-cycle air conditioners—one in the living/dining area and the other in the main bedroom.

Laundry – The apartment has an internal laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer available.

Car Parking – One basement car park is provided. The height limit is 2m. On-street parking is available but is time-limited, Monday to Saturday.

Communal Areas – You will also have access to the resident’s gym and the BBQ deck area (same level as the apartment) which has outdoor seating and free BBQs for use.

ONGOING NEARBY CONSTRUCTION – There will be works ongoing on the new Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre from Nov 23 into 2024, mainly being piling and site clearing to start with. Trucks will be using Smythe and Cavendish St to access with local traffic controllers to help the flow of traffic. The works will abide by Geelong Councils approved work hours, EPA Guidelines and CFA piling as to mitigate the sound and vibration impacts of these works.

comments Lovely place to live! It's a beautiful place and very spacious. The kids were so excited to be there. Great balcony and the kids blew bubbles and ate breakfast outside (even though it was cold). They loved the giant tv and watching NETFILX or Disney (as kids do). Was very relaxing and we felt like we were at home immediately. Would be a lovely place to live permanently. Walking distance to Eastern Beach and shops. A great location.

comments Very peaceful Miramar 406 was a great sized apartment, well suited for up to 4 people. It is just a few minutes walk from the waterfront hub of Geelong, but very peaceful. The large deck is fantastic - it just feels like every room has light and air. We felt very secure in the building and the car park allocated to the apartment was super helpful as well. Debbie and the Regional Escape team kept in contact with all the details we needed - a happy trip!
