Parking is sorted with a secure garage for one car. Please NOTE that there is a height limit of 2m for the garage. There is on-street parking available also should you not be able to fit into the garage.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a delightful stay. You enter the property on the ground floor, stepping into the living area at the front of the home, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The living area is separated from the rear of the home via a hallway which both the European laundry and powder room come off. The dining area, kitchen and outdoor patio complete the downstairs layout. The dining room has seating for 4 guests along with a study desk for those needing to do some work or study. The kitchen itself is fully equipped and features gas hot plates, an electric oven and a dishwasher.

Heading upstairs a central bathroom with a shower and bath and separate toilet service the two bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, wall-mounted TV and access to its own private balcony with views of the city skyline.
