Welcome to ‘Bellarine Apartment’… A self-contained, modern and private apartment located a stones throw from the beach. Approx. 15 min walk into town and 5 min walk to the Beach at end of the street. Perfect for a couple’s getaway.

The Space:

‘Bellarine Apartment’ features a generous light filled bedroom with direct access to bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Outside there is a seating area, gas BBQ on the patio. There is a washing machine inside and external laundry trough.

The property is situated above the second garage for the main residence however has its own access and drive for you to enter and leave as you wish.

Please note the stairs inside to the apartment are quite steep and not particularly suited to anyone with mobility issues or young children.

Main Bedroom – Queen bed

Living Spaces – 3-seater couch that can be converted to a sofa bed if required. Please advise if you will need.

Heating/Cooling – Reverse cycle air conditioner

Car Parking – Parking is available in the drive in front of the garage doors. No access to garage

Exactly we needed! Very nice property, great location in close walking distance to the beach and shops. The place itself is also a great spot to chill out.

Perfect for summer escape! Our stay was wonderful. We’ve enjoyed the short walks to the beach and made use of their modern and well equipped kitchen. I recommend to use their electric hot grill and have a nice bbq in the balcony whilst enjoying the brush of sea breeze. Perfect for a summer escape!
